◆ Scope and Purpose of the Program
This program is offered at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS), in cooperation with the NIH’s Fogarty International Center (FIC), and the NIH Office of Intramural Research. It is designed to support meritorious biomedical and behavioral research projects undertaken in NIH laboratories by young Japanese postdoctoral researchers who intend to hold research positions at Japanese universities or other academic institutions or public institutions in Japan in the future.
A postdoctoral position or a technical staff position is available at Medical Research Institute, Tokyo Medical and Dental University.
National Institute of Genetics (NIG) conducts state-of-the-art research using a variety of biospecies and supercomputers, and also carries out graduate education as Department of Genetics at Sokendai
University.
The concept of Sokendai University is "training top-level researchers in excellent research environment with best human resources." NIG offers the best environment for students aiming to become researchers. Please experience our great atmosphere through this guidance event.
