年会ベストプレゼンテーション賞のについて履歴書等への記載の必要性から、各賞の英語表記を設けることが提案され、審議の結果、次のように決定した。
青葉賞：AOBA Prize (Best presentation award for the young scientist)
優秀賞：Excellent Research Award
また、ウェブサイトに青葉賞について説明文を記載する。
